Stage Manager :
The job of the stage manager is to communicate with the sound tech and make sure all the dancers for each act are ready backstage before the music starts. Since we have all the music in order on one disc (or one per set) and are rehearsing the show in sequence, we can probably get by without a stage manager but it does put additional responsibility on the performers. Everyone will need to be ready in the wings when they are supposed to be, because the music will start without them if they are not.
